He was predeceased by: his mother Connie Lassiter Chappell; his brother Martin; and his niece Brittany Nicole. He is survived by: his father Bob Chappell; his siblings, Wendy, Bobbie Jean and Billy Ray; his daughters, Nicki Jo, Jessica and Kaitlyn; and his grandchildren, Kylie and Beau. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, great-nieces, nephews, great-nephews and cousins.
