Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Donald Louis Robidoux of Hiawatha, Kansas, who passed away at the age of 81, on August 6, 2025. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Robidoux and Lyla Robidoux (Chandler); his spouse Jaynell Franklin; and his sisters, Rita Dorste and Sally Surber.
He is survived by: his brothers, Vaughn Robidoux (Jean) and Jim; and his children, Jim Robidoux (Emily), Jackie Elliott and Donell Robidoux Zerkel (Brad). He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 6:25 PM at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (124 S 7th St, Hiawatha, KS 66434). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church (613 S 1st St, Hiawatha, KS 66434).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Hiawatha High School Booster Club or the Boys and Girls Club of the Iowa Tribe of Kansas and Nebraska sent in care of the funeral home, 124 S 7th St., 66434.
