He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Bindel and Loudene Bindel (Wilson); his son Jared Gabriel Bindel; and his grandparents, Leonard, Evelyn Bindel, Raymond and Iva Wilson.

He is survived by: his former wife Jacqueline Anne Smith (Frost); his daughter Sarah Nicole Bindel (Beau); his siblings, Rodney, Brenda Bindel of Hiawatha, KS and Bruce Bindel (Alice) of Lodi, CA; and his grandchildren, Ava, Audrey, Harper of Platte City, MO and William Bindel of Liberty, MO. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
