He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Waldean and Armista Lucille Moyer; his brother Cecil R Moyer; and his sister-in-law Paula Moyer. He is survived by: his children, Coleen (Eddie Kidd), Cody (Jenny Moyer) and Jessica Moyer (Jermaine Stillman); and his siblings, Ronald Moyer, Paul (JoAnne Moyer), Charles Moyer, Marion (Karma Moyer) and Wanda Moyer.
