Richard L. Rieger Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 29, 2023, at the age of 84, Richard L. Rieger of Hiawatha, Kansas, born in Falls City, Nebraska passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lothair Rieger and Frances Rieger (Wagner); and his brother Delmar Rieger. He is survived by: his children, Russell of Dallas, TX and Lori (Tom) of Commack, NY; his grandchildren, Michele Andrews of Shady Side, MD, Kristen Kritikos (Pete) of Bayside, NY and Thomas Andrews of Commack, NY; and his siblings, Alvin (Carol) of Hiawatha, Stanley (Cathy) of Thomasville, GA and Carolyn of Topeka. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Brown County Ag Museum or the Brown County Humane Society sent in care of the funeral home, 124 S 7th St. Hiawatha, KS 66434.
