She was predeceased by: her parents, James Woods and Mable Woods (Smith); her husband Forest Templeton; her daughters, Sheila Templeton and Sharon Van Bebber; and her great grandchild Bradley Potter.
She is survived by: her children, Jane Venis (Thomas), Mickey Templeton, Bonnie Templeton (Jim Kirby), Terry Templeton (Dana) and Tiffany Templeton; and her sisters, Margaret Templeton and Betty Cardwell. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; 17 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, August 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Down Syndrome Guild of Greater KC, 10000 W. 75th, Shawnee, KS 66204.
