He is survived by: his children, Cid Weishapl (Judy) of Denver, Barbara Sterling (Marvin) of Hill City, Ralph Winters of LaCrosse and Lenny Winters (Dianne) of Imperial, Nebraska. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
