He is survived by: his son Salvage; his former wife Inez Hope Green; his wife Linda Green of Lincolnville; his daughters, Kathy (Steve Zimmerman), Shelly (Sam Tied), Eva Morel of Colorado Springs and Roberta Reffitt of Arkansas City, Kansas.; his great great grandchild Many; and his sisters, Pat Wishman, Mavis Davies of Clay Center, Carol North of Manhattan, Janette Carter of Decater and Joyce Neal of Salina.
