He was predeceased by: his parents, John Buel and Grace May Baker McFadden; his siblings, John McFadden (Elizabeth), Richard McFadden (Jessie), Gerald McFadden (Marilyn), Bruce McFadden and Ahola McFadden Hinson; his great-nephew Scott; and his great grandchild Kendall Grace.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Mein; and his stepsons, Larry Mein of Herington, KS, Gerald Mein of Hillsboro, KS and H. Allen Mein (Dana) of Des Moines, IA.. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
