Shirley Reusser Obituary
In loving memory of Shirley Reusser (Hillsboro, Kansas), who departed this world on June 10, 2025 at the age of 90. Shirley leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. In the vast expanse of eternity, Shirley shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Shirley farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo Hiebert and Lottie Hiebert; and her brothers, Abraham, Russell and Loren (Vickie).
She is survived by: her children, Layne (Nancy), Diedre and Ty (Terra); and her nephew Matt Hiebert (Francine). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jost Funeral Home and Crematory (401 S Washington St, Hillsboro, KS 67063). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Rest Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the First Mennonite Church (102 S Ash St, Hillsboro, KS 67063).
