Roberta L. Prosser Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta L. Prosser of Hoisington, Kansas, who passed away on July 28, 2025, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Miller and Louise Miller (Zecha); her husband Julius; her grandchildren, Scott, Schon Demel and Riley Prosser; her great grandchild Turner; her daughter-in-law Sally Prosser; and her siblings, William, Martin Miller, Leona Leiker, Teresa Dolecheck, Marie Hoss, Doris Smith and Rita Doll.
She is survived by: her children, Leonard (Connie Prosser), Maurice Prosser (Barb Maier), Judy (Ralph Demel), Michael (Myra Prosser), Kathleen (Curtis Hitschmann), Leon and Becky Steiner. She is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 32 Great Grandchildren, 7 Great Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nicholson-Ricke Funeral Home (415 N Main St, Hoisington, KS 67544). A vigil service will be held on Sunday, August 3rd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church (108 E 5th St, Hoisington, KS 67544). A burial will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holy Family Cemetery (1387 NE 90 Ave, Odin, KS 67525).
