He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Polzin and Dorothy Polzin (Schremmer); his brother Melvin Polzin; and his pet T. J.. He is survived by: his siblings, Delphine Hickey (Bill) of Hoisington, Nancy Mater (Kenny) of Olathe, Charloette Hahn (Joe) of Hanston, Duane Polzin (Patty) of Hoisington, Randy Polzin of Hoisington and Kevin Polzin (Tammy) of Galatia; and his sister-in-law Barbara Polzin of Hosiington. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
