She is survived by: her sisters, Rhonda Dezotell (Steven) of Haysville and Dee Ann Smith of Hoisington; her nieces and nephews, Gary Dezotell (Cheryl), Brian Dezotell (Kristi), Presley Smith, Delaney Smith, Addison Smith and Chelsey Spaulding; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Harley, Hailey, Sage, Satchel Dezotell and Ava Spaulding.
