She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Sanford and Gladys Cordell (Hickman); and her siblings, Gladys "Beryl" Fisher Askren, Willard LeRoy, Sanford "Earl" and Lawrence "Larry" Ralph Cordell.
She is survived by: her children, Dale Eugene "Gene" Fordham (Kathy) of St. Marys, KS, Marvin "Leroy" Fordham of Topeka, KS, Thomas "Tom" Wayne Fordham (Kay) of Topeka, KS, Linda Kay Horgan (Tim) and Susan "Susie" Marie Achten (Jim) of Wetmore, KS. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, 4 great-great-grandchildren and twin great-great-granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Mercer Funeral Home (1101 W 4th St, Holton, KS 66436). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at the Buck's Grove Cemetery (900 K -16).
