He was predeceased by: his parents, George Duncan and Norma Rae Duncan (Watkins); his sister Joni Robinson; his nephew Steven Sampson; and his grandson Lane Pruett.
He is survived by: his daughter Shelby Pruett (Ben) of Holton, KS; his siblings, Sydney Sampson of Derby, KS and Richard Gray (Lisa) of Wichita, KS; and his granddaughters, Emeliya and Gemma. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
