She was predeceased by: her father Joe Collins; and her brother Dan Collins. She is survived by: her mother Lee Collins (Kern) of Holton, KS; her husband Travis W. Patch; her sons, Eric Patch (Jenna) of Simpsonville, SC and Adam Patch (Misty) of Topeka, KS; her sisters, Connie Whorton (Rex) of Holton, KS and Vicki Bontrager (Mark) of Holton, KS; and her grandchildren, Landon, Hayden, Karsyn, Easton, Cooper and Milly. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Patch Grandchildren's Education Fund c/o Mercer Funeral Home, P.O. Box 270, Holton, KS 66436.
