She is survived by: her children, Ronald Lee Cook (Brenda) of Whiting, Richard Bradley Cook (Lisa) of Seattle, Maria Rochelle Cook (Tom) of Lummi Island and Paula Renee Cook (John) of Anchorage; her daughter-in-law Maryanne Cook of Rockledge, Florida.; and her siblings, Wallace Wendell Kathrens (Wally) of Holton and Roberta McKeever (Kaye) of Hines. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
