He was predeceased by : his parents, Lawrence Preston and Mary Willie Parrett (Keithline). He is survived by : his wife Joyce M. Ingels; his daughters, Tracey Parrett of Topeka, KS and Kelley Parrett of Topeka, KS; and his brothers, Ronald D. Parrett (Marlyn) of Circleville, KS and Kenneth A. Parrett (Carol) of Mayetta, KS. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
