He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent George and Margaret Mary Honeyman Lehmkuhl; his siblings, Darlene Stahl, Larry and Robert Lehmkuhl; and his brothers-in-law, Larry Stahl and Eddie Young.
He is survived by: his daughter Debra Jean of Manhattan; his wife Delores Ione Middendorf; his children, Brenda Wilson (Gary) of Kansas City, MO, Randy Lehmkuhl (Teresa) of Gaylord, KS and Fred Lehmkuhl (Lisa) of Holton, KS; and his grandchildren, Meggin Wease (Donnie), Austin Freed (Joe), Jodi Skyler (Aaron), Katie Morris (Jared), Ryan Lehmkuhl (Sara), Kelsey Wilson (Blake), Danielle Hopkins (Harry), Donovan Meek, Nicholas Lehmkuhl (Lexi) and Corey Lehmkuhl.
A rosary will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Mercer Funeral Home (1101 W 4th St, Holton, KS 66436). Visitation will be held on Sunday, May 11th 2025 from 4:20 PM to 6:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, May 12th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Dominic Catholic Church (416 Ohio Ave, Holton, KS 66436).
