He was predeceased by: his father Ronald Eugene Blackwell (Ronnie); and his brother Lance Eugene Blackwell. He is survived by: his mother Mary Cathrine Martinez (Cathy); his stepfather Randall Lee Reser; his daughter Gabriela Romero-Blackwell (Gabi); and his siblings, Brandi Dawn Leggitt, Rhonna Jean Blackwell, Tonya Sue Anderson (Reser), Billy Joe Reser, Micheal Wane Reser and Steve Leggitt. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and other family members.
