He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Dean Sipe and Marjorie Jones Sipe; and his granddaughter Kelsey Elyse Bradford. He is survived by: his wife Susan Crain Sipe of Topeka, KS; his children, Kimberly Sipe Bradford (Paul) of Andover, Kristin Sipe Hess (Don), Kyle Dean Sipe (Mackenzie), Hoyt, Timothy Ray Sipe (Elizabeth) and Lawrence; his brother Tom Sipe (Pat) of Ponca City, OK; his grandchildren, Kaedy Hess, Denver, Karlyn Bradford, Ethan Hess, Connor Bradford of Kansas City, MO, Mitchell Hess of Frontenac, McKenzie Sipe, Carson Sipe, Lawrence, Averie Sipe, Grayson Sipe and Hoyt; and his brother Fred Dean Sipe. He is also survived by loving brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and many devoted friends.
