He was predeceased by: his father John T., Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Cristine Ringle of Hutchinson, KS; his siblings, Robert Gore of Wichita, KS and Stephanie Soukup (Alan) of Great Bend, KS; and his aunts, Gwen Syphard of Garden Grove, CA, Deidre Parker of Garden Grove, CA and Evelyn Murphy of Garden Grove, CA. He is also survived by nieces, a nephew, and cousins.
