Lois Wenz Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on May 3, 2026, at the age of 71, Lois Wenz (Holyrood, Kansas) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dale Anschutz and Mabel Anschutz (Choitz); and her sister Connie Dickinson (Will). She is survived by: her husband Gilbert Wenz of Holyrood; her daughters, Amy Vibbert (Robert) of Arkansas City, KS and Melissa Taylor (Matt) of Hutchinson, KS; her grandchildren, Adelyn, Colton Vibbert, Sydney, Olivia and Kiptyn Taylor; and her brothers, Alan Anschutz (Kim) of Bella Vista, AR and Gale Anschutz (Lisa) of Rose Hill, KS. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear family and friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the SAOCK Benevolent account at the Bank of Holyrood, which Lois lovingly established for her grandchildren, or to St. Peter Lutheran Church of Holyrood, in care of Parsons Funeral Home, PO Box 45, Ellsworth, KS 67439.
