She was predeceased by: her father Ricky Lee Masuch. She is survived by: her mother Kathryn Marie Louise Masuch; her children, Trinity and Onyx Alard-Phelps; and her siblings, Jeremy Masuch, Mathew Masuch-Winterhawk, Kristaffer Masuch, Corbin Masuch and Sharna Masuch-Phelps. She is also survived by family members and friends.
The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to her favorite charity "Feed the Children" in her honor.
