Christopher Michael Koon Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christopher Michael Koon of Horton, Kansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 24, 2025 at the age of 19. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, Michael Koon of Horton and Gayleen Kreitzer Koon (Joseph Roan); his grandmothers, Carol Beaman and Kelly Koon; and his siblings, Meaghan Harrison, Reaghan Koon, Emily Carl, Lilly Carl and Austin Kreitzer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (524 Pennsylvania Ave, Holton, KS 66436). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. The inurnment will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 at the Wetmore Cemetery.
