She was predeceased by : her parents, Williston Samuel and Miriam Samuels Samuel; her husband Galen "Sal" Hubbard; and her siblings, Doris Stoliby, Delores Marris and Timothy Samuel.

She is survived by : her children, Sean Hubbard (Robin), Duane Hubbard, Galenna Nelson (Darrin) and Miriam Hubbard (Mark); and her sisters, Mary Etheridge (Ron) of Oklahoma City, OK and Jeannette Maytubbi of Idabel, OK. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Chapel Oaks Funeral Home (524 Pennsylvania Ave, Holton, KS 66436). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
