He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Perkins and Emma Bernadine Perkins (Moore); his wife Susie; his stepson Timothy; and his siblings, Betty Joan Perkins and Don Perkins.
He is survived by: his daughter Kate Perkins (David Whetstone) of Howard, KS; his grandchildren, Tim Whetstone (Mackenzie) and Hannah Whetstone; his sister-in-law Shelby Perkins; and his nephews, Rick (Susan), Patrick (Julie) and Phillip Perkins Bill.
Memorials have been suggested to the Tim Perkins Memorial Scholarship via the Elk County Community Foundation and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
