He is survived by: his parents, Lloyd W. Evans of Howard, KS and Cynthia M. Calvin (Fracasso) of Howard, KS; his siblings, Amy Evans and Cory Blanch; his nephew James of California; his siblings, Jeffrey Conn and Shelly; and his nieces and nephews, Jason, Damon of Howard, KS, Tyler Fracasso of Wichita, KS, Kyle Means and Brandon.

The family suggest memorials in Brandon's memory to the Kansas Humane Society, these may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
