He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Roscoe Dunigan and Inis Lucille Dunigan (Doan) of Wichita, KS.; and his wife Connie Hays. He is survived by: his siblings, Tim Allen Dunigan of Howard, KS. and Janet Lambert of Wichita, KS.; his daughter Shawnna Dunigan; and his stepdaughter Valina.
