With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randy Jule Julian of Howard, Kansas, born in Winfield, Kansas, who passed away on November 3, 2022 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Russell Julian and Jeannie Julian (Tomlin); his wife Anita; his sons, Michael Pendleton of Bartlesville, OK and Jason Julian of Maryland; his grandchildren, Grayson Julian and Ayden Julian; and his siblings, David Julian of Neodesha, KS, Kenny Julian of Ponca City, OK, Kathy Minnick and Numerous. He was also cherished by Numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and family.

Memorial contributions can be made to Tunnels to Towers, and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
