She is survived by: her husband Fred Lankford of Wichita; and her sons, Shawn Lankford of Wichita and Mark Lankford (Cheri) of Wichita. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, Shirley requested that donations be made to Eureka Nursing Center, Eureka, KS, in honor of her lifelong love and dedication to the elderly.
