He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Alban and Mildred May Nelson Sr. (Rusk); his wife Patty Salaymeh (Grimmett); and his sister Mary Ann. He is survived by: his children, Tushaun Portenier (Clayton) of Washington, KS, Jeremy Nelson (Erika) of San Fransico, CA and Rick Nelson of Drum Right, OK.; and his grandchildren, Calvin, Garret, Hannah and Emma Portiner Vince.
Memorials in his memory have been suggested to the Elk County Community Foundation and may be left with or mailed to the funeral home.
