She was predeceased by: her parents, Emil Downs and Inez Downs of Plains, Kansas.; her husband William Harrington; and her siblings, Leil Downs, Floyd Downs and Elsie Fuller.
She is survived by: her brothers, Ira Downs of El Reno and Wallace Downs of Holly, Colorado.; her children, Floyd Harrington (Joann) of Oregon and Harriet Horner (Dennis) of Elk Falls; her grandchildren, Alec Harrington (Veronica) of California, Hunter Harrington of Japan, Max Horner (Nichole) of Missouri and Harriet Cole of Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Olivia, Landen, Kadie Horner, Anthony, Benjamin, Teri and Geri Minton; and her great great grandchild Stella Mac Cloud.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Pleasant Valley Manor and can be mailed to or left with the funeral home.
