He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Bartley and Wilma Bartley; and his son Darren Bartley. He is survived by: his children, Terry Bartley of Topeka, Terrina Lewis, Dustin Bartley, Jane of Stillwell, Kansas, Amber Thornton (Nick) of Hoyt and Jason Bartley (Samantha) of Topeka. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Parker-Price Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, KS 66608). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
