He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Paul and Mary Katie Helget (Earl). He is survived by: his wife Elsie Helget; and his daughters, Melinda Helget of Hugoton, Kansas. and Stacy Helget (Gentry Campbell) of Hugoton, Kansas.. He is also survived by his three grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Robson Funeral Home - Hugoton (314 S Van Buren St, Hugoton, KS 67951). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Assembly of God Church (138 S Main St, Hugoton, KS 67951). A burial was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM at the Hugoton Cemetery Cemetery (1424 S Cemetery Rd, Hugoton, KS 67951).
