She was predeceased by: her father Seferino Rivera; her husband Antonio Urquidi; her children, Jorge Antonio Urquidi, Francisco Urquidi, Kim and Kimberly Urquidi; her grandsons, Andres Talavera and Israel Urquidi; her great grandchild Jose Flores; and her sister Emma Rivera.
She is survived by: her mother Benedicta Gallegos of Odessa, Texas; her children, Ismael Urquidi of Hugoton, Adan Urquidi (Gabby) of Liberal, Kansas, Esperanza Rivera (Guillermo) of Lamar, Margarita Manzano (Nahum) of Maize, Evelyn Urquidi (Jose) of Hugoton, Martina Urquidi (Edgar) of Midland and Carmina Guerrero (Johnny) of Amarillo, Texas.; and her siblings, Rose Rivera of Kermit, Silvia Rivera of Odessa, Elda Rivera of Houston, Margarita Rivera of Odessa, Benedicta Rivera (Gabriel Rivera), Emeterio Rivera of Borger, Rosario Rivera of Odessa, Rene Rivera of Odessa, Seferino Rivera of Odessa, Benito Rivera of Odessa and Alfredo Rivera of Liberal, Kansas.. She is also survived by thirty-three grandchildren and twenty-six great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, November 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Hugoton Church of God. A burial was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Hugoton Cemetery Cemetery.
