He was predeceased by: his father William Larry Quillen; his brother Bobby Dean Quillen; and his grandparents, Delmer, Maxine Quillen, Robert and Velda Sandusky.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Quillen; his brother Bryan Quillen; his sister-in-law Renee of Hugoton, Kansas.; his nieces, Cassandra Loomis (Patrick), Kelsey Langley (Nick), Kiara Quillen (Darien Hargett) and Addyson West; and his nephew Braydon West. He is also survived by three great-nieces; six great-nephews; and other relatives and friends.
