She was predeceased by: her husband James; her son Nathan; her parents, Robert Harvey Chambers and Mary Gertrude Helfrich Chambers; and her sisters, Coral Bucher and Hope Anderson.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald Light (Sharon) of Oklahoma City, Courtney Light (Karen) of Rolla, Marcus Light (Beverly) of Rolla, Kansas, Kevin Light (Jackye) of Hugoton, Kansas, Nolan Light of Bethany, Oklahoma and Megan Tucker (Michael) of Edmond, Oklahoma.; and her grandchildren, Ashton Light of Oklahoma City, Shari Light of Ocoee, Florida, Jamee Floyd (Justin) of Amarillo, Texas, Jacob Light (BethAnn) of Southern Shores, Tyler Light of Amarillo, Texas, Kelsey Merker (Andrew) of Amarillo, Texas, Whitney Stilwell (Larry) of Norman, Oklahoma, Steffan Light (Tara) of Norman, Oklahoma, Lyndsay Sprecher (Dillyn) of Norman, Oklahoma, Meredith Light of Norman, Oklahoma, Robert LeNeve (Shome) of Hugoton, Kansas, Erica Salazar (Robert) of Hugoton, Kansas, Sterling Light of Hugoton, Kansas, Nicole Dickie (Daniel) of Taipei, Taiwan, Andrew Tucker (Jen) of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Kathryn Tucker (Katy) of Kilauea, Hawaii.. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 8th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Robson Funeral Home (314 S Van Buren St, Hugoton, KS 67951). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 9th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rolla Methodist Church (600 Monroe St, Rolla, KS 67954). A burial was held on Monday, February 9th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Rolla Cemetery (2310 US-56, Rolla, KS 67954).
A memorial has been established for Rolla Pentecostal Holiness Church, in the care of Robson Funeral Home, P.O. Box 236, Hugoton, Kansas 67951.
