She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her parents, Jerome and Anna; and her sister Roberta. She is survived by: her friends, Anita and Judy; her grandchildren, French and Austin; her children, Brenda, Alex Pitts of Chanute, Steve, Melissa Sellman of Humboldt, Jared, Stacie Sigler of Humboldt, Janelle, Matt Aikins of Iola Mark, Linda Sigler of Chanute, Lori, Kenny Swiler of Chanute, Julie Anderson of Olathe and Diane Haskins of Valley Center; and her great grandchildren, Brother David and Irene Massoth of Pittsburg. She is also survived by extended family, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests memorial contributions be made to the Pregnancy and Family Center of Iola, Kansas, a cause close to Barbara's heart.
