She is survived by: her husband Lupe Perez of Joseph's Catholic Church; her children, Melissa (Steve Sellman), Linda (Chris Murphy), Tony (Amy Perez) and Sara (Tim Ellis); her grandchildren, Robbie (Megan Sellman), Ryan Sellman, Cameron, Caden Murphy, Gracie Perez, Alexa and Nora Ellis; her great grandchild Rori Sellman; and her siblings, Esther (Vernon Roush), Larry (Karen Mendoza), Lydia (John Baker) and Bridget (Jerry Headley).
Memorials in Phyllis's honor may be made to Wings of Warriors or Neosho Memorial Care Car, and left in the care of the funeral home.
