The passing of Caroline H McKee of Hutchinson, Kansas leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 11, 2025 at the age of 87. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Orland and Grace Teresa Shong (Conway); her stepfather Raymond H. Cox; and her siblings, Russell Shong, Richard Shong and Stella Owens.
She is survived by: her children, Christopher McKee (Rhonda) of McPherson and Teresa Schartz of Texas; her grandchildren, Devin McKee (Amanda) of Bennington, KS, Kaley McKee of Moundridge, Jonas Jones of Texas and Candace Valadez (Kristopher) of South Carolina; and her great grandchildren, Brooke McWhorter, Brady McKee, Bryley Roush, Brett Edwards and Brin Edwards.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elliott Mortuary (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5905 W 4th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Hutchinson Public Library or Hutchinson Animal Shelter, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
