He was predeceased by: his mother Marilyn K. Hoffman (Hermes); and his brother Russell L. Hoffman. He is survived by: his children, Dillion, Addison and Jaiden Hoffman; his father Tom Hoffman Sr. (Mary); and his siblings, Tom Hoffman (Jeanette), Levi Hutchison and Tammy Wiens (Gerry).
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Elliott Chapel (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
Memorials are suggested to the Daniel R. Hoffman Memorial Fund (to benefit the children).
