In loving memory of Debbie Peterson of Hutchinson, Kansas, who departed this world on July 17, 2025 at the age of 68. Debbie leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Loreva Schartz (Friesen); and her stepfather Leon Schartz. She is survived by: her children, Angela Durham of McPherson, KS, Andrea Sanders of Wichita, KS, Joshua Durham of Sedgwick, KS and Michael Johannes of Haven, KS; her brothers, Mark Friesen and Leon Schartz, II; and her grandchildren, Xzavier Torres, Brody Smith, Kayden McVicker, Conner McVicker and Piper Durham-Howard.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Have Baptist Church (502 E 4th St, Haven, KS 67543).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Haven Baptist Church in her memory.
