She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorce L. Hayes and Elsie E. Hayes (Wurm); and her brother Jay Dee Hayes. She is survived by: her brother Rick Hayes (Deb White) of Hutchinson; her sister-in-law Alice Jane Hayes of Hutchinson; and her nephew Darin Hayes (Sara).
