He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis E. Dobkins and Virginia C. Dobkins; and his granddaughter Haven Sue Stambaugh. He is survived by: his wife Mary Beth Dobkins; his son Eric Stambaugh (Amanda); his grandson Ethan Stambaugh of Hutchinson; his siblings, Robert Allen Dobkins and Alda Lucinda Loreg; and his pet Mellow.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Elliott Mortuary (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Elliott Chapel (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
