She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Michael and Dorothy S. Carr (Fettis); her husband Bill; and her sisters, Katherine Ewing, Shirley Gibson, Georgia Murray and Davida Hedger.
She is survived by: her children, Loretta Horn (Larry) of Holland, MI, Kay McCurry of Wichita and Ray Moots of Haven; and her grandchildren, Justin McCurry (Erin) of Kansas City, KS, Christy Ewing (James) of Manassas, VA, Grady McCurry of Wichita, Lisa Jones (Ryan) of Byron Center, MI, Kami McGrew (Chris) of Mulvane, Kylee Solan (Brett) of Wichita, McKenzie Jeffrey (Shane) of Haven and Colton Moots (Nicole) of Haven. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; and many extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM, on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 12:15 PM and from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:15 PM and at 1:30 PM at the Elliott Chapel (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Heart Association, National Kidney Foundation, or Phoenix Home Care & Hospice, in care of Elliott Mortuary, 1219 N. Main, Hutchinson, KS 67501.
