He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton Moore and Wanda Moore Inghram (Brown); his stepfather Everett Inghram; his brothers, Randy Moore (Sandi) and Terry Moore; and his in-laws, Virgil and Mary Kostner (Mark Krammer).

He is survived by: his wife Kathy J. Kostner of Nickerson; his daughters, Tami Minnis (Travers) of Haven and Shelly DeFrain (Jeff) of Pretty Prairie; his grandchildren, Sienna DeFrain, Sorrel DeFrain, Sadler DeFrain, Bayleigh Minnis and Alexander Minnis; his brother Ronald Moore (Lee Anne); and his siblings-in-law, Karleen Moore of South Hutchinson and Mark Kostner (Donna) of Murdock, KS. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and a host of friends.
