He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred Alexander and Clara Louise Johnson (Ambrose); and his siblings, Dolores, Beverly, Robert "Bob" and Jimmy.
He is survived by: his wife Dana Johnson of Hutchinson; his children, Anthony Johnson (Hilary Arpin) of Wichita and Janet Brock (Paul) of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Sierra, Nicholas, Sydney, Zachary, Whitney and Bailey; and his siblings, Larry Johnson (Beverly) and Joann Garrison of Coffeyville. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
