He is survived by: his children, Belenda Collins of Goddard and Jack McHaley Jr. of Hutchinson; his grandchildren, Dustin Collins (Michelle) of Wichita, Tonya Fletcher (Barry) of Texas and Christie England; and his great grandchildren, Brandon Collins of Wichita, Kacey Collins of Wichita, Dylan Fletcher of Texas and Chey England.
