He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Huffman and Elizabeth Huffman (Kohl); his wife Kathy Huffman; and his brothers, Frank and Tom Huffman.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Huffman (Emily) of Manhattan, David Huffman of Kechi and Teresa Huffman of Hutchinson; and his siblings, Mary Blachford of Alden, Jean Ober (Mike) of Cottonwood, AZ, Vera Frye of Lyons, Dee Huffman of Skiatook, OK, Joe Huffman (Leslie) of Hutchinson and Barb Winterfield (Lou) of Fountain Hills, AZ.. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Elliott Mortuary (1219 N Main St, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A rosary was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Teresa Catholic Church (211 E 5th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501). A burial was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (5905 W 4th Ave, Hutchinson, KS 67501).
